Every home is constructed with environmental, sound and energy efficiency in mind, being built to Robust Standard Details ltd specification for sound and thermal insulation. All are independently inspected throughout construction by the National House Building Council who provide a 10 year warranty guarantee on completion. In addition to our in-house expertise we employ and appoint a variety of qualified architects, engineers and planning & design consultants to advise and co-ordinate throughout the scheme.
